Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking experienced Pickersto join a leading distribution center supplying supermarkets across Australia. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established business in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What's on Offer?

  • Ongoing Monday to Friday position

  • Day Shift:

    • Monday – Thursday: 6:00am – 2:00pm

    • Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm

  • Supportive team environment

  • Opportunity to work with a leading FMCG distribution business

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving and dispatching stock

  • Picking and packing supermarket products, including drinks, confectionery, chips, dairy, chilled goods, cleaning products, baby products and general grocery items

  • Loading and unloading trucks

  • Labelling, storing and locating stock

  • Completing stock takes and inventory control

  • Operating Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJs) and other materials handling equipment

  • Using RF scanners and warehouse management systems

  • General warehouse housekeeping and cleaning

  • Safely using Stanley knives and other warehouse hand tools

To Be Successful You Will Have

  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience

  • Experience operating Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJs)

  • Experience using RF scanners

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Physically fit with the ability to perform manual handling tasks

  • A current LF Forklift Licence is desirable but not essential

  • A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
